a weekend to remember

4th august was a looong day to me.

It started with me meeting a long-lost high school friend who is now a medical doctor in UMMC, Stewart for breakfast in PJ. *cough*cough* thanks to Stewart, I got free paracetamol & flu pills. An essential to me, I missed asking for cough medication too *&^%#!

Then headed to Bukit Jalil to meet another friend, one I longed to catch up with – Stephanie!! *cough*cough* And together we prepared ourselves for the highlight of the day – JENNY’s WEDDING!





We attended the Holy Matrimony service and I was so touched throughout the service, *cough*cough* like I’m witnessing my own daughter’s wedding (I teared, siao..) I just loved attending wedding services (of people I know lar) here’s my favourite shot:



Right after that Steph and I made our way to the Maju Junction where the banquet would be held. It was a good idea to have the church wedding service a few hours before the banquet and both locations were near to one another. It eased both the newly-wed and the guests to head straight to other location and waste no unnecessary time. Good planning, Jenny and TF!

There with Steph, I met more long-time-no-see friends – Calvin, Jeff and wife. No one has really changed over the years, really *cough*cough* It was a great evening (and day) catching up with old friends J To the newly wed: CONGRATS, God bless your marriage! OK, I need to rest now.. *cough*cough* before the next weekend when I meet my ex-uni gang..
