I had a rare chance to watch TV last night and Oprah's talk show was on.. and was greatly inspired by John Wood who started Room to Read, to promote literacy - to break the cycle of poverty.
I have so many old books at home, children's books, teens' books etc ..should properly pool them together and give away for a good cause. I live in the poorest state of my nation, surely all helps are dire necessity.
On the same course of aiming to educate and give hope is MV Doulos which will be at KK shore from 29th Aug onwards.

thought Doulos is supposed to close after doing its final tour last year?
I heard about that too, apparently not true lor. Thank GOD!
Poorest state, reserve comment. But is glad to hear that MV Doulos is back again. :)
