
This is a pic from my lecturer's slides when he taught us on the subject of diabetes. It's a ONE WAY ticket to many health problem.
I'm saying this to myself as loud as to you n your family members and your loved ones.. We don't like to hear this because we don't like to bear responsibility of our health or consequences of our acts I guess.. but who else is better in charge than ourselves of our own body?
Um, now I eat oat everyday (you don't have too, just take at least 4 spoonfuls of vegie for both lunch n dinner and fruits everyday) and TRY to sleep early. Also drink plenty of water, very un-natural to me, but since it's crucial.. 8 glasses a day guys!
We should exercise everyday for at least 30min.. I can't for MANY reasons (gasp!) that's why I'll be stricter in other areas (ashamed of myself!). Nothing equates to physical activities really.
